Return & Refund Policy

Eligible CeraVe orders may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included. Final sale items, gift cards, opened personal care items, perishable goods, and customized products are not eligible for return unless required by law or the item arrives damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Please contact us before sending a return so we can review the order and provide return instructions.

Refund Timing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Bank or payment-provider timing may vary.

Exchanges

Exchanges are supported for eligible items when inventory is available. If the requested item is unavailable, customers may return the item for a refund according to this policy.
